Grimoire Card for Paper Fortune

sounds like these are just simple fortune cookie type items and nothing more.

Weird...I got one too...my guess it gives u nothing or turn it in after the new year for like a couple strange coins or something...or maybe turns into a buff of some for a couple hours, increasing drop rate of legendary or exotics or something along these lines...
