As a Titan Mainer I have noticed as of recently how incredibly easy it is to be killed and kill somebody with actived HOS super. I have been one shot by Arc Blades (when it used to be two), one shot by shot guns (also used to be two), and killed instantly by a Stormtrance blast (not Landfall). All of these death have occurred at full health and shield. The reason why this bothers me so is because every other super (with the exception of Golden Gun) seems to receive an absolutely obscene armor buff. Is anybody else having this problem?

1 RespuestaThe only thing they have to do is fix Cauterize and make our melee do 122 at first hit rather than 104 (some DoT will be taken out to compensate)
-
Sun spot bruh
-
Blade is still 2 hit Shotguns take more then 1 Either you're running low armor or lag is making 2 shots look like 1
The reason why this bothers me so is because every other super (with the exception of Golden Gun) seems to receive an absolutely obscene armor buff. Is anybody else having this problem?
Arc Blade gets an Armour buff? Stormtrance gets an Armour buff? Titan's hammers get an armour buff on kill and they don't even need to be near an enemy to get it. If you're getting shot out of your hammers, you're a bad Titan...
-
You either didn't get one shot or weren't at full health.
-
I think you're pretty much one of the very few
-
3 RespuestasComing from someone who mains bladedancer in PvP, I know you're wrong already. I can't take down a Sunbreaker in one swing if they're full health. Doesn't happen. Hell, a lot of the time, they even can eat a whole rocket
-
No, you have the highest armor on that ranged super, more than blade dancer (a melee super) and plus you regen health and get even more armor when standing in those massive sun spots
your argument is bullshit
-
1 RespuestaRun the fire shoulder charge perk.... shhhh....
-
All the time in PvE. In PvP I don't use Sunbreaker anymore as the over shield is completely ineffective.
-
5 RespuestasI'd rather see a reduction in the cooldown to Cauterize than an increase in damage resistance. It's the combination of the two that make Sunbreaker squishy. But the 3 second cooldown on Cauterize is too long. It should be just 1 second which is long enough to penalize someone being reckless against a group but short enough to be more reliable for the duration of the Super.
-
I just want the cooldown removed from Cauterize for PvE. It was the first and last time my Titan actually felt like a Titan.
-
Well, I always activate my hammer without the overshield to disable to relic and 3 people shooting me and I'm like "GIT GUD" then after disabling it, I kill them anyways.
-
First of all it takes a shotgun melee that is literally pushing you secondly arc blade two shots supers, hammer 1 SHOT THEM you just suck if you can't throw a hammer at your feet when there is a blade dancer or a shotgunner on you
-
I play arc blade and it always takes two hits to kill a Hammer of Sol at the very least, it must have been lag with arc blade for you
-
Editado por ESDecaf: 10/28/2016 12:26:19 PMYes, the only case in which hammers can be decent is combined arms
-
Editado por Ne0nK0ala: 10/27/2016 9:30:07 PMI argued that they should have removed health on kill rather than the armour nerf. I would be fine with higher armour as long as theres no health on kill. The same should be done with bladedancer. They should make health on kill in the same line as increased armour in the stats tree, so you can choose between the two according to how you want to play, rather than being op and have both.
-
lmao i main warlock and i know the only super that needs a health buff is blade dancer
-
1 RespuestaOnly if all the other classes get an armor increase or for some classes just armor during super. And Stormtrance doesn't insta kill anything, It's a DOT attack.
-
1 Respuestayou have very low armor that may be why
-
Maybe try spec'ing out of speed, that's literally the last thing titans need
-
Just you. Hammer used to get as much armor as radiant skin warlock and it was almost impossible to bring it down. Bungie then lowered it to the same amount of armor as everything else (other than radiant skin warlock I think)
