Anybody remember when crucible was fun? Back in year one if you had a group of people who had good gun skill and could win most gunfights I had loads of fun, I had more fun when thorn could 2 shot kill and snipers could body shot and felwinters lie was a thing crucible used to be challenging. Now the only thing challenging about it is finding a game where the whole enemy team isn't using the same freaking weapons and god rolled matadors. There is no diversity in this game anymore, everyone uses high rate of fire low impact pulse rifles and the matador that's it. Bungee bring the fun back into crucible in destiny 2

Editado por BreezierMule: 10/29/2016 8:49:51 PMWhile hand cannons were dominant in year 1 I still loved that pvp to death, at least when you shot at the head, it would count as a headshot, every shot count in that meta, and people with gun skill rained supreme. I definitely don't have the best gun skill, but I still loved that meta, If bungie can just delete all the weapon updates after year 1 that would be great, but maybe tone the last word and thorn a little bit and we might just have a balanced pvp

3 RespuestasMember when handcannons were actually handCANNONS and not pea shooters? Member when autorifles were effective? Member shotguns? Member when hunters weren't useless in PVP? Member Vex Mythoclast? Ohhh I 'member!

I miss when the Vex melted people. It was probably the most OP weapon in an online shooter ever but it was awesome.
-
4 RespuestasI'd love to go back to the thorn meta over what we have now
-
Have you been eating member berries!!??!!??
-
2 RespuestasTalks about gun skill mentions Thorn, Final round sniper, and Felwinters lie. Right.....
-
Amen! If only I could go back to year one! Oh the good ol days where all my characters had 1.5+ KD. Now look at me only one character with a kd over. 1.0. I'm just some loser schmuck trying to live in the glory days. No seriously let's make this happen

Titanfall 2!

1 RespuestaI'll admit i miss using the comedian and praedyths revenge .

Felwinters lie :')

2 RespuestasI would love destiny pvp If everyone wasn't sweating their balls off to get a kill and my hc bullets would register

5 Respuestas> Complains that there is no diversity in the game. > Reminisces about a time when there was less diversity.

4 RespuestasSo if the game was not set to be competitive, why don't just make the whole pvp unbalanced? Just to let us play casually and fun :D
final round, Thorn two shot kill, hawkmoon 1 shot kill, arcbolt nades, unlimited bubble, etc...
-
2 RespuestasThere was no diversity back then. Exotic handcannon shotgun, tripod horseshoe rockets Or Last Word, final round sniper, same rocket...
-
2 RespuestasIt's still fun just get good.
-
4 RespuestasAhh yes year one pvp was fun but completely broken and unbalanced
-
2 RespuestasI miss my final round efrideets spear!

9 RespuestasNo diversity? Yet you loved year one when there was zero diversity. There is plenty weapon diversity in pvp compared to any other meta. I can use all sorts of weapons if I choose and do great with any of them. Year 1 was thorn, TLW, Hawkmoon, felwinters, or a final round sniper. That's not diversity.
-
No diversity? So there was more diversity when everyone used thorn, Party Crasher, Matador, and Felwinter. Now we use All weapon types, much more diverse
-
Miss the Suros :(
-
Year 1 was the best ever
-
I wasn't around for Year One, but I like the Crucible the way it is right now. There are a lot of choices for weapons that are viable for PvP, and they are readily available. Anyone can get a Matador. Besides, there other good shotguns you can use. I'm still using Two To The Morgue from months ago. It works great.

7 RespuestasYou mean back in the days when HC's were useable? And the Regime could own at distance? And high impact PR's could rip through people? Yeah...I miss those days as well...

I remember those days. The Days when OG Suros was really good because it was pretty much an AR AND SR. The days Fusion Rifles were easier to use and more intuitive to use. The days when HC's were actually GOOD and you could use them without having to micromanage every single gun-fight in order to have a fighting chance. PVP was fun back then, and we had POWERFUL weapons in PVE that made the repetitive nature of the game tolerable because good guns made the game less tedious. What people have lost track of IMO is that this is a LOOT BASED shooter. With so many skills and variability on guns, there is inevitably going to be a gun combo that dominates the rest and allows low skill people to compete and allows high-skill people to just flat out laugh at the rest of the competition. Skill is going to play into the outcome of matches but it will not be the ONLY determining factor. Most people who pvp in this game hardcore have forgotten that. The desire for skill-based outcomes only has driven Bungie to repeatedly nerf any skill/gun/ability that is fun in this game.

The 2 main weapons I get killed by in crucible anymore is Grasp of Malok and Matador 64
