I feel that I struggle to compete with snipers with my melee.. if u buff thunderstrike so that it has roughly 4-6x as much range then destiny PvP will finally be fixed and balanced.

As a Titan main, I totally agree! I have been having trouble with shotty rushers, personally. I propose Juggernaut reflects bullets back at the attacker.

I think they should also implement aim assist into thunderstike. It would really balance things. For instance, some poor bastard using a fusion rifle could be trying to kill you from across the map. And you, being a sensible warlock throw down your sniper rifle and thrust your hands in the air. Bolts of lightning fly from your hands across the map, seeking out that noob, sending him all the way back to the forums to complain about the most OP gun in the name.... the infamous ONE SHOT golden gun. That's how you fix the game. [spoiler]please don't take this seriously[/spoiler]

As a Warlock, I kind of wish Thunderstrike had the same range as Energy Drain but it had an innate ability to stun targets that I melee. I mean, you practically fcking flatline them anyway, so why not have them really look like they just got fcking electrocuted? I'd give up the extra range on amplify if it did something more interesting like reducing the cooldown on hit and resetting the cooldown on a kill. The chaining perk could be added to Arc Web instead. Then that first melee perk could be something like surge on hit while giving a small armor buff on kill. Rising Storm just sucks.

7 RespuestasAre you crazy? If one thing needs a nerf, it's Thunderstrike. Players 1 melee kill me from 5-6 meters with it. I think you have the same problem like many other players: because of lag and connection you do much less damage, then you should.

I feel like my thunderstrike doesn't have the range I'm looking for. One time a guy jumped over me and I went to hit him with it and I missed. Bungie please fix this.

I agree, I was using the claws so that I had a second melee, which allows me to almost always melee kill people when they're sniping across the map. The problem is that I was playing on First Light and apparently Thunderstrike doesn't reach all the way across the map??? This definitely needs to be fixed.
