14 RespuestasIt could use a little reworking. It both increases tracking distance and speed to the point where you can't outrun it. It should do one or the other not both. (I'd say the latter for consistency and to keep the exotic good)

The number one way to know what needs a nerf? Look for posts saying "****** doesn't need a nerf".

If they don't nerf ophidian aspect, and make twilight/shadestep 2 dodges but with a cooldpwn and make blink better? Then yes

Then neither does the ophiden aspects. But the new warlock helm sucks so bad and needs rebalancing

40 RespuestasWhen a grenade can chase you literally all the way around the map then cut the corner and go through the door and still kill you.. yeah they need a nurf. Nothing manacles weren't half this good when they came out and they got nurfed.
