Most people look at this as a broken mechanic, which I can tell you it is not. Once you see how it works you will understand why they made it this way. It's literally so fast to find a new group if one falls apart, it's like lightning fast match making. Way faster than having to go to orbit or be matchmade into it from orbit. Spend 1 minute and you are with a different group. Baffles me how people see it as a bad design.
