I don't know about reaction time VS strategy. The way the population in general plays the game it's favorable to be a rusher with quick reflexes. Now, I always play solo so I can't really affect the behaviour of my team mates but there are so many times I've thought to myself that if my mates still played this game and we'd set up like we did in other games it would be a complete wash. Hell, I'm willing to bet that we'd steamroll the people Bungie put on their supremacy stream. They simply wouldnt know what to do in a 6 vs 6 when the other team controlled the map.
