Like for Year 3 Icebreaker, Make it happen Bungie!
Please Bungie bring it back, it was and still is my favorite weapon. I'd love to use it again. Maybe even make an Iron version.
Edit: And please, for the love of god bring it back to its previous state.
Edit: Whilst you're at it, gimme back my blue flame.

Im a year 1 player and never got a mainstream exotic (gjally, ice, etc) and never got a chance to use this gun until year 2. I would like to really feel what strength it has by bringing it to year 3.

10 RespuestasLooovvvee IB, the sound, feel, looks of this weapon were awesome! Let's not mention the perks! Running through strikes knowing that when you pulled it out you would have ammo, before the nerf, was great. I say bring it back, let us play the way we want! If you want to camp then do it, who is it really hurting?

It quite literally is the sniper rifle with the least stability, at 15, and will smack you out of aiming. Understand this is a suggestion, if you take this with even a grain of possibility of my suggestion happening and that it will not die here on this page... you must be new here.

5 RespuestasIceBreaker was by far my #1 weapon in year1; of course this was before they changed the main perk to take ammo from your reserve and not make it out of thin air like it did originally! BRNG IT BACK!!!

year 3 ice breaker becuase there isnt enough op snipers all ready in the game oo and nerf ar scouts fr all heavry and make it so the only guns able too play are tlw sniper rifle and hawksaw

10 RespuestasYou obviously don't understand why they're not bringing it back, it encouraged sitting in the back of a boss fight and never moving and it's too hard to design boss fights around icebreaker. It will make pve content better if that gun never comes back

I used it the other day and it's seriously a shell of its former self It respawns ammo so slowly that id never use it

Please understand that this game is already unbalanced and Bungie's NERF NERF NERF and BUFF BUFF BUFF strategy to random things no one ever cares/ knows about. I HATE IT when people make these posts like this. I do understand it was a fun weapon in year one but the other years are very different you see. Once bungie actually understands how to buff/ nerf right that will help out this already unbalanced and confusing game, then MAYBE the can modify year one guns right so they can fit properly in the game so its even and fun for all other players. Please don't be mindless and post stuff like this without proper explanation. You need to understand how it will affect the game. Like it will probably encourage camping more in PVE and PVP which will make the game boring in my opinion and probably many others. Besides Bungie did note in a stream or something that its not coming back. So please stop making mindless post however I don't mean to offend anyone. This is my opinion. Other wise please consider why they don't bring Ice breaker back.

2 RespuestasIcebreaker was the funnest, most useful, most iconic weapon in destiny. It was every players' dream gun. If they don't return Icebreaker, I will be most unhappy. Honestly? I could care-less about Gjallarhorn. I want Icebreaker back.

1 RespuestaI would love to see it back, just because it was so very unique. Not just the perk, but how it sounded and felt to fire it. I remember when it was sold for the first time and hearing it in a strike and thinking, holy shit! What the hell is that guy shooting! Of course, I didn't know it was being sold because back then I had no idea who the hell Xur was (thanks Dark Below for actually having a quest that required buying something from him). Missed out on weeks of exotic gear because of that and could not figure out what SC were useful for.

Bring everything to forward to RoI level light I say. Icebreaker, Fatebringer, Vision of Confulence, Word of Crota, Fang of Ir Yut, Abyss Defiant, Vex Mythoclast, even the damn Nechrocasm. Let us enjoy the weapons. Let us choose what we want to use restrictively.

Nearly 800 upvotes. Scroll through the comments. Does anyone realize the "screaming minority" are the ones who are partially responsible for all the nerfs? They get heard. I'm kind of sick of it. Seen it since right after game launched. Most of em probably would like icebreaker back but since bungie left it behind they are compelled to oppose it. Isn't this just fn baffling???
