How do you start "The Mountaintop" quest line now for Year Two completion?
I have three level 40 Light Level 335 characters and I do not recall ever seeing or doing any crucible quests. It is quite possible I have deleted them at the beginning but one would think they would show up at the Abandoned Quests kiosk. Alas...they do not.
Does anyone have any information on how to get the beginning of "The Mountaintop" quest series to drop and become available? I believe the first part is called "Crucible Forged".

Rank 3 crucible. Crucible forged quest. About 50 matches later......boom. If Shaxx has bounties u have already done this. There is a ton of subquests so look it up to see if you have one of the middle quests.
