Actually they are curved we just can't see it because the curve is so small.
English
-
U call 8in per square mile small?
-
YES compared to the earth's circumference which is 25,000 miles around.
-
Over 10 miles I should be able to see a pronounced curve of 80inches or more
-
You can't see beyond 10 miles because of the horizon curve.
-
So all u can see in a plane is 10 miles?
-
The distance increases depending on what height you're at.
-
So at a greater height I should be able to se greater curve. Why is that the horizon looks Flat from a jet linner?
-
Because you're farther from the ground so you can't notice any curves.

Editado por Krishnas Prophet: 7/2/2016 8:54:28 PMSo this supposed curve Exists, but in all cases I can't see it for whatever convenient reason? Think about what u are saying...
-
The reason why you can't see it because you can't see around a curve that's impossible to do. Look at a ball you can't see around it's curve.
-
But I can SEE THE CURVE ITS SELF.
-
Yeah but that's different from seeing the actual curve.
-
So like gravity, u assume a curve Exists even though u can't see it. See what science does? It makes u believe in invisible fairy stories.
-
Well actually you can measure gravity and hear it.
-
But u don't know that u are measuring or hearing. It could be unicorn farts for all u know.
-
If you understand it you would know.
-
Sounds like someone talking about religion. "If u just knew it you would know." Amen.
