I know how to solve the "Taking heavy without the team" problem!!!
What if you pick up heavy alone, you get a debuff called "BOI WTF WERE U DOING"
What the debuff would do would make it so you can be killed by friendly fire.
So, good idea or bad idea?
Edit: Oh, if you want to come up with a better name for the debuff, comment below! If I laugh I'll put it up here!
Time's Confluence said that he'd say yes if they drop the heavy when you kill them.

You get the "Benedict Arnold" debuff... You can still kill the enemy team but they get the points for it. Your aiming reticle will only stay on the enemy for 3 seconds then it automatically changes to the nearest member of your own team. Your own team can now kill you and you drop a heavy brick that can't be picked up by anyone. The debuff lasts 60 seconds or only 30 seconds if you use the "sit" emote near a corner and remain still.

Every time heavy bout to spawn our team is thier lucky nobody picks it up then a goldon gun on his last shot comes out of nowhere and me the guy bunched up in the middle gets shot like wtf why me?

The debuff should: 1. Automatically kill the guardian 2. Only give ammo to all teammates 3. Freeze the person who picked it up for 10-15 sec.

They die to it and drop heavy ammo for everybody else on the team to be able to pick up and they lose theirs But then there's also the problem of if you're the only one at a certain heavy and there are enemies coming and you have to grab it to keep it from them

There a big ass timer nawmsayin? Or they could just make it where 6 boxes drop. That are only visible to your team. Or just get your ass over there and wait for a nova bomb.

It's not a terrible idea, however I think the more simple one would be extending the distance at which heavy will drop for players, possibly to special ammo drop distance.

Maybe not steal it but have a time limit like special if you don't die and quite close to heavy its there waiting for you

Special and heavy should act like power weapons in halo. Whoever picks it up is the only one that has it.
