[b][u]You're not in Kansas Anymore[/u][/b]
[i]Hydell and Ava arrived earlier, taking his ship down to the jungle planet hours before the Hermes dropped the crew. Hydell's ship was cloaked and parked in a very large tree bordering the coast- it was untraceable or undetectable. What the two were doing, was rather interesting.
Ava bore a sleeveless version of her outfit, her whole torso was covered as well as her legs, and her green hood was not on. A bandolier around her left bicep had flechettes lined up, and she had her folded crossbow on her right thigh. She had an archer brace on her left hand and a three-fingered gauntlet on her right hand. She stood on the tree perched and watching an animal- it seemed to resemble a wolf only it had 6 legs rather than 4. It prowled in the jungle and she drew her bow and arrow at it.[/i]
[i]Hydell relaxed by the coastline. He wore his usual attire: his EVA undersuit with his coat and helmet, and he seemed not sweat or be uncomfortable whatsoever. He was tinkering on a round spherical shaped machine along the shores. When finished he activated it and fresh water was pouring from it being fully filtered and cycled through it. He then walked over to a nearby chopped tree and set up a large bonfire pit. He left a distress beacon open for any members from the Hermes to his location. He also had a looped broadcast on all channels:[/i]
"This is Hydell from the Hermes, I've got a camp set up in the west. If you need assistance, rendezvous to my position."

[b][i]The wolf Ava had been stalking suddenly was covered in a satanic blue flame, an essence that appeared to be the creature's soul was being drained into a nearby cave.When there was no soul essence left, the blue flames disappeared, and the wolf dropped to the ground, a lifeless husk. A figure exited the cave and entered her view, examining the creature. Ava noticed a satanic rune on his arm, and a simple katana on his back.[/i][/b]

[i]Her accent sounded like a distinct south-African.[/i]

[b][i]He looked up and you saw that his eyes were a satanic blue, and his pupils were a glowing red.[/i][/b] [i]"I, uh.. I needed a soul to feed on, and this wolf's soul was as good as any."[/i]

From the forest line, emerged Elisa Jaeger, the bottom half of her armor muddied and wet. She carried a data-pad in hand, as she trudged through. "Well, isn't this a nice spot. You chose well." She said in a cheerful and excited manner. "Though, I wouldn't light a bonfire in he middle of it." Commenting as she removing her face mask.

Kraken standing by," a female voice from his helmet said. "Thanks Cal.....Doctor Jaegar! I've heard of you aboard the ship," he said looking up while his front mask visor lifted upwards revealing his face. [i]He was a light-skinned African American man with hazel eyes but he had a look of seriousness in his eyes, but he also looked somewhat relieved.[/i] "The fire, yeah- I don't mind now. But, fortunately you're just the person I wanted to see," he said as he pulled out two dart like projectiles. "We were attacked upon arrival, they're hitting us with these, laced in some neurotoxin, causes numbing and paralysis. I was actually hoping if you could take a look," he said.

"Oh, really?! Let me see those!" She spoke in an excited tone, as she took the darts and began looking them over. "Hmm.... the neurotoxin likely is diluted from some form of animal, perhaps some form of serpent or arachnid." She placed them within a small container carried at her side. "I'll need to examine them further, to develop a anti-toxin. Now me tell of the people that fired these at you. Did you see what they were wearing? What did they carry?"

[i]He motioned towards the spherical machine by the shores.[/i] "I got fresh water there if you need to refill, as for food, we only got some fruits and some grains so far, still working on the meat." "Have you encountered any others yet? I got a friend who linked up with Wolfe and Wilson, their camp's built on the hill just east of our position, about a mile and a half away."

"I've had contact with both Hunter and Reese, both of whom are out and about, exploring." She said without looking away from his scanner. "But that was hours ago, not quite sure where they are currently."

[b]3 Red lasers would target three different parts of your body, each targeted area would be fatal. You would see a 3 red slits, one over the other, glaring straight at you[/b] I hope you aren't hostile...Because if you are, I've caught be a new specimen. [b]The lasers would switch positions to a fatal part of both of the figures[/b]

"No worries man, planet's dangerous as hell, understandable. How many people have you contacted?" Hydell asked [i]So far it appeared that only one other person from the Hermes was with them. The campground was set up along the coast with a large bonfire, next to some large trees. A tall tree was already set up to be a small little hut/watch tower, while the caves seemed to be shelter. Along the coast was a spherical device in the water that filtered fresh drinking water.[/i] [i]Ava set up a gravity net for the beast she had captured ready to bring back to camp.[/i]

[b]I'd eye them[/b] About 4 or 5...But I'm hunting a specific specimen...People have been talking about it...Shoots darts, has spore clouds...Have you seen it?
