If you think shoulder charge is op, go play a different game.
Striker is the only class with a 1hk ability, BUT
-Nightstalkers are the only ones with an evade that cancels tracking
-Sunsingers are the only ones who can self resurrect
-Defenders are the only ones with a grenade that cancels abilities
-Bladedancers are the only ones with built-in quickdraw
I could go on, but you get the point.
Every class is unique. [u]That's why we have so many subclasses.[/u]
If you die from a shoulder charge, you got outplayed.
Adapt to it, or go play as a Striker.

See you get it. All classes have something unique about them. Just because a lot of people use the ability doesn't make it overpowered unless you do a glitch or cheat with it then ya people are going to complain

3 RespuestasNone of the other abilities you listed, and the ones you didnt, do not offer an instant kill. You still have to do more work to get a kill. Shoulder charge isnt op, its unbalanced. Theres a difference. Of you cant see that, then obviously your biased!

12 RespuestasHas everyone forgotten that Titans also have the weakest base melee. It has half the range of warlock, and Hunters' base melee. Sure you could argue that storm fist got buffed, but throwing knife can do the same from much farther, and warlocks can still win a 1v1 melee fight with flame shield, and if you really think about it Storm fist still requires two hit melee like any other melee. So I think it's fair seeing how Titans have one of, if not the weakest melee a of all classes, that they have a OHK melee.

Does it matter anymore? Bungie has shown that they can nerf things simply because they create "frustrating encounters", regardless of what their " data" says. If players want it nerfed simply because it's annoying them, there's nothing stopping Bungie from obliging.

Also it's not op, have a shotgun to hand and kill the Titan running at you. Happens to me all time when I'm trying to shoulder charge someone

The hunter can kill with one hit from behind on either arc or void class its only other one in game. Have to have full melee charge and hit other guardian from behind

Grenades requires recharge Supers require longer recharges All other Melees require longer recharge and are not 1hk Shoulder Charge- can be used infinitely+ 1hk+ never wastes your melee energy. See what I mean? You can't compare supers or grenades to an infinite move that does not require any energy.

Warlocks do with radiance. Blade dancers do with backstab.
