1 Respuestadepends on how one defines safe per capita thanx to tornadoes and hurricanes and tropical storms and earth quakes USA experiences the most natural disasters per year of any nation except for maybe Indonesia which has a massive chain of volcanoes and experiences monsoon season every year on top of tropical storms and other disasters. also the fact that we have: working sewers working water treatment working electricity working public transit public education public health care and actually give our citizens a good amount of rights also makes USA a safer place than 60% of the countries on earth
