What is the most useless weapon perk?
[b]Let's get this out of the way now: some people are going to think I left some perks out and others are going to think a perk that [i]is[/i] on the list shouldn't be there. If you're one of them, indicate so in the comments and maybe I'll make a separate poll for perks I missed. [u]Also, this is for year-two perks only.[/u][/b]
I'm defining a "worthless perk" as one that would cause you to dismantle the gun or just use it until you get a version with better perks.
I know the chances of Bungie reading this are virtually non-existent, but if for some reason they did, maybe they'd consider removing a perk or at least lower the chances of it rolling.

The new poll will include the following useless perks (I'll add more as they come). Year-2 perks only, please.
1. Vacuum
2. Replenish
3. Private Eye
4. Mulligan
5. Relentless Tracker
6. Partial refund (unless someone [b]knows[/b] it can roll on special weapons)
[b]Keep suggesting useless perks!.[/b] Also, if you can help me think of the best way to combine the worst from this poll with the worst of the upcoming one, that would be awesome. It'll never be pure scientifically, but I'd still like to try.

I'm going with Exhumed or Underdog. Anything that requires me to die or have all my team die to work is automatically a garbage perk.

Guerilla Fighter is actually good. You can aim over objects that are significantly higher than you could without it.

You said Y2 perks only, but take a knee, custom optics, vacuum, and mulligan are carry overs from Y1.

To the bottom of your post, I got Partial Refund on my Sidearm iirc, idk about any others also I just found out how Guerilla Fighter works THERE'S AN ACTUAL COVER SYSTEM? I always just though it meant if you were standing behind something that was about waist-high, but no if you crouch behind a short object and aim, it makes you stand up to aim over it and letting go makes you crouch again
