I tend to agree, but think they could still afford to be a little tougher.

There have been a couple of times that I have had to make a report about a post. Seems like the offending post is removed before I can refresh the thread.

I'd add a software rule that gives anyone who replies with 'kys' an instant week ban, for a start. They are pretty good with manual reports though.
