request to remove latest update

This last update has caused and outcry from the community to bungie to stop messing with our game. This is a plea to bungie to remove this last update. Hunters, warlock and titans are fine as they are. please comment on this post to share your support. This is OUR GAME and we have consumer rights. Thank you. DanoSan ( Banshees Bravest)

    People need to stop overreacting. There was a lot of good that came from this update: better strike rewards, increased super damage (which people have been asking for for a very long time), and the list goes on. Stop focusing so much on the small things, and look at all the improvements.

      No way. It had far more pros than cons, despite people being unhappy with it.

      • Oh yeah cause I definitely loved not killing anything with my super in PvE. Seriously you people only care about PvP. I've never felt more powerful in PvE and I love this new update. Stop only focusing on the negatives.

          • I dont even know how it affected the rest of the game. I turned it on....tried to use my twilight garrison....couldnt...turned game off...now sitting and waiting to hear they fixed it how it was when it was fun. I need a fun outlet after work...not a -blam!-ing annoying button mashing non functioning mess.

          • I start to understand the people who are upset about all the whining and screams at Bungie to revert some change they made. I disagree with a lot of things in Destiny, but the latest patch is a step in the right direction. If you g'damn crybabies would only give it a chance and play PvP for at least two weeks before you are coming to a conclusion.

            Nah I actually like it. No more crutches in pvp. Maybe storm caller should be looked at a bit but otherwise I think it's good. Also like the buff to supers in PVE. Adapt or don't play.

            • Hi there, you may not know this but there's this little thing called "PvE", I know you probably haven't heard of it - it's pretty small - but the players of the "PvE" are happy our supers finally got buffed massively and don't want you big, all-important cruci-babies ruining our fun because you're pissed off. PvE has suffered enough from hyper-competitive cry-babies in the crucible, now maybe you know how it feels.

              • No guys the new super buff is totally necessary for the game the supers were criminaly underpowered and it is a nice change. On the pvp side of things the nerfs and changes make sense. The smoke was op and the shadow roll was as well. I am a hunter and i use bladedancer and i know it was over powered and needed a change and i think it is a good one because it takes more skill and practise to use because lets face it anyone could use the bladedancer subclass without trying too hard and it just takes a bit more patience insteadof button mashing. In my personal opinion the worst thing to come out of this update is the nerf the the gunslingers tripmine. So hear me out ues I use it in crucible and this is part of my complaint, but it strethlchs to pve as well. The best thing about the gunslingers grenades was the fact that you could stick it to enemy bosses and targets. It would allow you to make a good set up to kill alot of minions and such. It allowed for the hunters to have a good sticky grenade. Yes it has the flux grenade in the bladedancer but that is really mediocore compared to the solar sticky grenade the titan and warlock have the aim assost on that grenade almost ensures that you get stuck and it dosent require a lot of skill or timing. The tripmine on the other hand did take a bit more to aim and time to ise effectivly the attach and kill someone. And its not like that would be unfair the titans have two sticky grenades so what is with taking one away for the hunter. In the two years the destiny has been around i have never heard a complaint that the tripmine can stick to enemies not once. And it was a very usefull tool outside of PvP in PvE. So I do not understand the sudden nerfing of that feature. The 3% total damage reducrion is ridiculous as well. If the grenades cant stick anymore then you shouldnt lower the damage of a alreafy weak grenade. I have had more times than i can count of someone escapeong the blast of a tripmine or surviving a direct hit from it if they have the right armor. If anything you should have buffed the damage by 3% more to balance out the not stick function. It is a tripmine grenade it should instantly wipe someone out if it hits them. I dont question if it get hit with a sticky grenade from a solar titan or warlock i know i am going to die and i dont complain about it because i should have dodgeed it in the first place. If you want to balance the game out the solar hunters should have a sticky grenade and we had it in the tripmine but then you take that away on top of making it practicly useless as what it function os a tripmine. In the past two days i have had more people survive running through a tripmine grenade then ever before and it is irritating when i cant stick a boss with my tripmine grenade either or any enemy for that matter. The fact that it could stick has saved my life more than once. If bungie trully listens to player feedback then they should listen to this as i no i am no the only one how feels the same. Bring the tripmone back. Thanks for listening (well actully reading but you get my point)

                • How about that counterbalance . Who cried for that . It was one of the few redeeming perks weapons had. I have so many hours logged but for the first time in a long time, I'm putting the game away. It's not about the new nerfs( what's new) but the logic used and the mindset that this team has used for 2 years now. I have all 3 classes and they are constantly adjusting them to whose benefit, not mine. I didn't care about the shade stepping hunters but you feel trip mines are to much all of a sudden. Says who exactly? My question is, what exactly are we not using that you want used . It seems that if players uses a particular set up for to long, you find a way to try and steer them away from it. SO What do you want us to use? What weapons and perks are your favorites? I hate to tell you that Exhumed and close proximity are not cutting it and no one keeps weapons with Gueriila fighter. It is not our fault that your imagination has run dry. If my job was to come up with new ideas every day as I sit behind a desk or a in a boardroom where the A/C is at a brisk 68 degrees, you better believe I would stay on point. Why don't you just log into my account , set up my characters the way you want them and I will simply put aside the fact that I purchased the game and DLCs and play the way that you want me to as to avoid further alterations down the road. I know this is a long post but a lot of us are just tired of the logic being used by some pretty smart people. What's the point anymore?

                • This is their game that you have purchased a license to play - they can do whatever the -blam!- they like with it. Consumer rights might kick in if they suddenly switch off all the servers but other than that suck it up or stop playing

                  • The only thing I'd like scaled back are the throwing knife nerf and the tripmine nerf. Other than them, the new update seemed ok to me.

                      • If anything this update shows us all something very important. They have the ability and resources to seperate PVE Nerfs/Buffs and PvP Nerfs/Buffs. SO STOP SHITTING ON MY PvE EXPERIENCE AND GIVE ME MY -BLAMMING AMMO BACK BUNGO!!!!!!!

                      • The latest update was more good than bad. Please don't be one of those PvP people that ruins PvE for personal gain. PvE has never been better (in my opinion). PvP is really balanced and fun. I'm begging you to not ruin the game further.

                        • I wish they would at least nix the shadestep cooldown to what it used to be for PvE. Salty PvP'rs can keep their cooldowns it fine, we'll adapt. But I don't think bungie realizes how crucial shadestep was to nightstalkers in PvE.

                            • Shade step was a hunters hope of survival. Bring it back to make hunters at least have a chance. Hunters are the weakest of the three. There will be far less hunters now and a game full of Titans it was fine the way it is. You listened to whiners in the crucible then took any fun away from the Rest of us.

                              • When you agreed to the eula, you basically gave up your rights. But, as a consumer, you have the biggest and best right that they can not change or take away...your wallet. BOYCOTT! You don't have to play thier game or give them more money. Make them play OUR game. They want our money?...then make them earn it. Simple and easy.
