Meh. I'm holding on this week. I would like one with explosive or high caliber. I have a Hand of Judgement with explosive(Oiled Frame, Crowd Control) that I like very much but I hate the scopes on it.

Cocytus SR4 can't have Explosive Rounds or High-Calibre Rounds..........they aren't in the Omolon SR perk pool for any slot. You aren't going to get a better PvP roll than this week's second order unless you're adamant about having the Torch HS2 sight (which I personally hate).

Is full auto in the perk pool?

No, it's only on DIS-43, -47, Doom of Chelchis and The Inward Lamp now. I'll never understand why it was removed from the standard perk pool.
