The predictor already left so he can't change the contents of the opaque box. Therefore diverting the trolley will only up the kill count regardless of what's inside the opaque box.

You leave it on track 1 because the contents of the box are predetermined. It doesn't matter what the Predictor THINKS you'll choose, because the box is already full or empty. Therefore, going to track 2 will just add a +1 to the death total.

Not quite a paradox but it is a good thought question. We had these in AFROTC and my CO didn't like my answer. I said to push the lever halfway which would cause a train derailment. Of course there are not suppose to be any work arounds. I figured it was acceptable considering the only action you can take is to push the lever one way or another so why not midway?

Well if he's never predicted incorrectly then I obviously would choose track 2 because then he would've left the opaque box empty and only one person would die.
