Do we really need another social space?
Really? The reef is small as hell and pretty Mich is useless unless it's tuesday or the weekend. When was the last time you when to the reef outside of those things? Its inconvenient, as you have to click on two options to get to it, unlike the tower and the cyptarch doesn't give you the rank up packages. We we really need another half assed social space.

Hell I'm sick of all the little shits messaging me and saying "message back for invite for ......... (insert: raid, nightfall or strike). Must be light 335, have the best weapons and armor, must know everything about .......... and can carry me and my week ass friends through it." I wish people would just look up others status before bothering them. So they can see how shit at this game I am, and leave me alone.

Tower is full of noobs trying out their new emotes, every time I go there to hand in my bounties, it's like I'm walking through a freaking rave. And the reef has been over populated since HoW dropped, I can never actually fly into the Reef, I keep getting the Tyrannosaur error code. which says "There's no room on this server, Reef is full. You are number 42 in the queue, your call is important to us, please continue to hold and we will get to you as soon as possible. - Mara Sov, Reef Lady"

should be called an anti social space 1 vendor in the new space ? a pissed off looking chick. only reason to go to the reef is to collect rewards from CoE sigil, other than that, I use the tower Randos shoot me invites all the time with Play Destiny! or please help us do the raid. no thank you. I'm usually only in the tower to collect bounties in which case I have already stuff planned to do, like the daily or PoE / Coe, or I;m finishing my session by cashing in engrams and managing my inventory

No. Just give us teleporters in the Tower so we can move around to Headmasters easily, or allow us access to our Factions and Vanguard from the Reef. Jesus Christ, Bungie, get it together.

Instead of a new, unneeded social space, make the ones we have better. There's a lot they could do with the tower that are wasted.

More social spaces just divides the players And spreads them out. Bad move of you ask me.

They (Bungie) need it. There will be some new "thing" that they can only show or you interact with that requires it's own space, so you have to buy the DLC. And the Reef isn't needed either, they could easily move Variks, Petra and Trials as stall vendors to the Tower without filling that space at all.

Your post should have been about Bungie making these social spaces more than what they are now. As soon as any space is open to the guardians it should be filled with everything available at the tower, faction reps, vanguard reps, gunsmith and all other kiosks, even a rep for the speaker. It would be nice to be able to change it up and know that no matter what social space you go to you will have everything available. The reef is a beautiful skybox.
