1 RespuestaDOOM's singleplayer is easily one of the most fun and refreshing experience that I've played in a very long time in the fps genre (and considering I play majority if not all of the big and little games that release that says a lot). It's multiplayer is fun in burst. If you want to sit down and play some multiplayer for a good 30-60 minutes then it'll be for you. Snapmap however is the best part, an infinite supply of excellent user created content that makes doom into whatever you want it to be. Point and click? Go for it. Turn doom Into a MOBA? Sure thing. It's incredible.

3 RespuestasNo campaign replay value, multiplayer = halo but it's fun.

Campaign is fun, CE ish. Multiplayer, some modes take a long find time, but still amazing. Snapmap is endless, i've played a MOBA on it. Costumization, sooo much collors, patterns, weapon skins can be self made, could do with some more armor, but its a 9,5/10. Amazing game, one of the best i've ever played.
-
Looks great. Plays great. The campaign is fun and metroidvania-esque with collectibles. If you get bored of that snapmap offers near-limitless playability.
-
Very fun. Snapmap is amazing. Pvp is fun, story mode is great
-
10/10 Gore lots of Gore Heavy metal done right in a video game Snap map creates a divers co op experience Smooth 60 fps gameplay Campaign is freaking awesome And the list goes on
-
Its an all around fun game with an amazing campaign 10/10

I traded in Halo 5 for Doom. I have no regrets.

2 RespuestasCampaign: +plenty of Easter eggs +looks amazing +perfect difficulty +like an updated version of the old DOOM +plenty of unique animations +good weapon selection -story is very cookie cutter -end game feels a bit repetitive Snap map: +possibly add hours of extended game play +great Creator Multiplayer: +simple +easy to learn but hard to master +very well balanced +it's like quake -not a ton of weapon choices compared to other titles -a low amount of game modes as well -a ton of weapon repetition (shotgun, static rifle, frag)
-
The campaign is great, multiplayer is balanced but pretty much everyone uses the Super Shot gun or Combat Shotgun. SnapMap is amazing but not that many people play it anymore.
-
Great game, if you're okay with a SHOTGUN FEST MULTIPLAYER but in all seriousness the campaign is awesome and the snap maps are ingenious and the multiplayer is cool (I'm not good tho)

The campaign is amazing, but there's very little replay value to it. The MP Is great. Feels like Halo CE or Unreal tournament pretty long ttk, armor and health pickups, and you actually have to land consistent shots on target. No more of this just point, shoot, clip the guy in the foot and he's dead bs (yea looking right -blam!-ing at you CoD). I'd definitely recommend it.
-
I just play its multiplayer and think it's well worth it - tho it needs ranked
-
If you have any interest at all in the idea of a Doom game, I recommend it wholeheartedly. The single-player alone is almost worth the pricetag, plus you get a good multiplayer game and a decent custom games/map creating application. Solid gameplay. Runs well on pretty much any platform.

-
Worth it!! Most fun ive had in a campaign in ages
-
Do you like to pucker your ass for minutes at a time to the calming sounds of buckshot and metal with a dash of chainsaws ? If so, buy the game.

3 RespuestasKinda wish the multiplayer was better or different or refined. It just doesn't seem to work in the state it's in but hot damn is the rest of the game worth it.

Really good.

The game is fantastic. But it really is a single player focused game. The multiplayer is fun as its a change from most modern shooters, but it's not really the meat or potatoes of the game. The campaign is great and if you like hunting down secrets you'll be spending at least a couple hours on each map. The gameplay itself as anyone can tell you is a total blast. My favorite part is the classic maps. I played the originals as a kid and this taste of them bringing them back is a ton of fun. And they are friggin hard! Love it all!

Way better than Overwatch

Editado por Pahvi: 6/10/2016 7:52:12 AMSeems goooood, just got it yesterday. Played little campaign & lots of tinkering in the snapmap... In snapmap one can do solo, co-op & mp maps/missions/wave survival or whatever...up to 4 players. So, there are lots of things to play. There isn't a deathmatch in mp, which is blasphemous.

It's great but not so much in the way of replayability. Was fun I don't feel ripped off or anything but will probably never touch it again

First and second playthrough is great, but, afterwards you'll be able to fly through the game so fast, you'll wonder what happened to the rest of the stages. There's only about 13 and it doesn't take long to beat, the upgrade system is stupid and just takes away from the game, get use to seeing the same grey UAC hallways, because that's about 9/13 stages. The weapons are neat, the weapon mods are little useless, there's a few you'll probably never use because others just outshine them, Secrets are pretty useless, aside from the rare few that give an early weapon or a power up, they're just for collectibles and the trophy, they also add hours to the gameplay length, some are quite well hidden. Combat feel fantastic, every weapon sounds impactful and you can blow chunks off a dead enemy, but, the game never picks up the pace, you fight a small horde of enemies and it just stops before you can really get into it and feel the adrenaline, then it goes back to moving through the stage to enough horde encounter. I don't mind the horde encounter style as much, because I'm use to shooters like Serious Sam and Painkiller, but, it just seems strange in a Doom game, not to mention the previous problem of just lacking many enemies to kill. SnapMap is rather bare, lacking in many music tracks, some simple logic features like Last Man Standing which I don't believe they've added yet and tilesets are also missing, I was hoping this would soak up most of my time, like Timesplitters: Future Perfect did or even Doom Builder, but, it sadly didn't, it felt rather limited, but, that's more because of my background with modding. Multiplayer was ok, nothing really great, Unreal Tournament 4 and Quake Live exist so I don't really see the point of playing it, if you like progression, it's good, plenty of unlocks and the level ups happen incredibly fast, I was able to reach Echelon 1 in under 4 hours of gameplay time, though, times might be different for everybody, but, it certainly feels quite compared to games with the same style of level ups and unlocking. I did enjoy the game, don't get me wrong, but, it certainly has it problems for me, I got about 40 hours out of it, so, no major complaints.

Lots of fun and a good deal of longevity in there: challenges and secrets in Campaign levels, multiple difficulties, MP, Snapmap... Lots of stuff there, and the gameplay itself is damn good. Just don't expect too much variety artistically.
