So, what else would they do? You have plenty of complaining going on, but you don't offer any other ideas. How can you call it weak if you don't have anything better in mind? Personally, I think it makes sense. There are tons of futuristic weapons in the game. Actually, only some of the primaries seem to fire actual bullets. Everything else has some type of elemental damage or fires some type of other "projectile", like the Omolon weapons.
