Because bungie logic. Pocket infinity had field scout which allowed it to hold 8 rounds in the mag. Which was what made it a beautiful death spewing machine in crucible. Pewpewpewpewpewpewpewpew Bungie immediately cut that perk out and replaced it with something worthless. Now it goes Pewpewpew. After a bunch of unneeded adjustments that the gun class did not need, they gave it extended magazine so now it has a whole 5 bullets. Que year two where fusions and sidearms are still kinda worthless in competitive environments. Special ammo has been nerfed to hell and back again, and field scout gives the same effect as armor abilities. [spoiler]yes, I just wanted to rant about bungie logic[/spoiler]
