Well I use the app not destiny tracker that's where the confusion coming from.

By going on the app clicking on stats then going to crucible for each character. As you can see it shows more kills then that third party site.

Destiytracker does get its information straight from Bungie. https://www.bungie.net/en/Grimoire/2/4611686018429302900/Activities/CruciblePlaylists?_unlocked=False Still says 70k kills mate.. no idea how you get 190k.

You're probably looking at enemy kills per character instead of crucible kills per character.

No if you go to stats then switch over to crucible it says kills.

Mine says 119k Kills which is wrong, if you go to stats and click PvE then go back down to the kills it will still be the same... mine says 119k no matter if i click PvP or PvE (Thats 119k is only for the single character which im currently on in the app) Go to https://www.bungie.net/en/Grimoire/2/4611686018429302900/Activities/CruciblePlaylists?_unlocked=False and click the first card... 70676 kills is what you have in PvP.
