To begin, one of two only competitive game modes, iron banner, is where I ended my hiatus. Cuz why not. Update after update I didn't play, the last major activity was Crimson doubles and even then that was a day game time. My friends all claim that destiny was getting better, but for who?
I'm not the best, shit I can barely say I'm average. But with how balancing is going, it's driving a nail between the Elites and everyone else. "This is op nerf it" weapon gets nerfed and something gets buffed or it feels the best because there's nothing to compete with it. Every update in destiny has been that way.
Exotics are being replaced with legendaries because the perks are better and can change. Supers are downgraded to a pissing match with no victor as both the caster and victim kill each other. Weapons that aren't even used getting nerfed further. Broken perks like the rocket launcher fiasco and grenades not going off, supers vanishing, bullets not registering, kills being delayed, red bars in first place, the list goes on.
The main questions are: What happened to this being my legend?
Why are my tools being reduced to nothing?
Why do my abilities not work like they are supposed to?
And finally: What happened to the better bungie, the one that was actually really good at making fun games?

11 RespuestasBecause the only way Destiny can stay relevant nowadays is by pandering to the YouTubers and PvP Crowd. Which means throwing casual players like you under the bus and making you put up with all the nerfs and constant attention being put towards the Crucible.

Most of the people that were there when the made Halo a great game, either left or were fired. When a CEO gets fired, you know that they did a bad job

7 RespuestasEditado por Razzupaltuff: 5/31/2016 3:16:57 PMPlease wait at the end of the line until it's your turn. Do you know how many people have been posting valid and well founded complaints and improvement ideas for Destiny, and got ignored? Players turning their backs on Destiny in masses would be the only way of making Bungie change their ways. Why should Bungie care about the negligible amount of people posting and complaining on their forums though? They're just a handful of people. Even if they were 10.000 or even 100.000, why should Bungie care as long as 7.000.000 log into Destiny each day?

2 RespuestasThis is not the same Bungie from the days of halo. I honestly don't know if any of that original team is still with Bungie.
