Bungie has explicitly said the objective of SBMM is to produce a 50% win and 50% lose experience.
They are attempting to make each match predetermined; that's manipulation. Only people with no self esteem and integrity are fine with being manipulated.

If no self esteem or integrity just means fun crucible games for me, I'll take it baby.

Everything in life by your statement can be considered pre-determined. Your job salary can be called pre-determined because you have a 50% to get a raise or a 50% to not get a raise. You have a 50% chance of getting married and a 50% chance of not getting married. Nobody wants to end in a tie. If there is a winner there is a loser. So 50% of the people in a match are going to win and 50% are going to lose.

You do not have a 50% chance to get a raise at your job, unless your job decides increases by the flip of a coin. You work hard, put in the time and effort, and you are rewarded with a raise. That should be the same concept in the crucible. You put in the time and work, get better at the game, and you are rewarded by moving up the leaderboard and posting pretty good games. Except that with SBMM, you are "rewarded" by getting moved up invisible brackets we can't see, matched up with better players, and your sense of reward is diminished because you don't see the results of your hard work as often, you just have to constantly be working harder and harder to even compete.

Justo, that makes absolutely no sense. Are you saying that their is a higher power that is manipulating the world to make sure that any decision or choice is exactly a 50% chance of happening? If this was the case then why isn't 50% of the world married? How do you know if your chance of getting a pay rise is 50%? Your whole statement is ludicrous

You are out of your depth, clearly. But, you were brave enough to speak your mind... Good for you.
-
Elaborate then? Give me an example, something. How is every match going to be a 100% win experience or a 100% loss experience? You can't finish a match as a tie.

Unless you play rumble ;)

I hate you, you are a terrible person. Go back to your room and put your nose in the corner... lol

Well damn lol

Editado por BLACK KNIGHTSo1: 5/16/2016 11:04:54 PMHonestly, then none of us have self esteem and integrity who frequently play Destiny. Every aspect of this game is being manipulated by Bungie. Yet, we all keep playing. From SBMM, to manipulation of weapons ( aka nerfs and buffs)to Get us to play the weapons they want us to play . The majority of the community goes along with it and calls it the "meta" . We complain non-stop on the forums , yet we keep playing the game. The addiction is real, the end result of social manipulation created by social scientists. We all jump through Bungie's hoops like Guinea pigs in their 2 year old social science experiment. We all are the puppets of social manipulation. If you are a student of psychology, it's very easy to see. So don't be too hard on the person who supports SBMM. We all are pawns in this game in one form or another every time we pop this game into our console.

Editado por Ibex: 5/17/2016 2:24:06 AMNot necessarily. Some people don't chase things anymore, and merely play to have fun; they don't participate in the things that are egregious. Edit: But yes, for the most part, it seems that anyone who supports Bungies actions doesn't have any self worth.

Manipulated weapons ... Remember the usas12 from bf3 or the model 1887 from mw2 nerfs are needed ....
