1 RespuestaEditado por The Chicago Way: 5/16/2016 11:29:15 PMOh, you wanted to change your loadout, pop a 3oC, or adjust armor attribu-LOOK AT YOUR GODDAMN SHIP! Truth be told, however, I can't think of one other game that lets you go into a menu and adjust your inventory WHILE THE GAME IS LOADING. #firstworldproblems.
-
2 RespuestasI can't think of any game that let's you look at the character menu and move things around when things are loading. .. quite revolutionary if you think about it.
-
Inspecting things in your vault on page 2 or 3, then when you back out your on page 1 again.
-
I remember one time I thought I "paused" my game mid-crucible match circa Oct '14.....
-
3 RespuestasThis will be fixed once we get rid of the welfare consoles (360/PS3).
-
So true! Let me stay in my damn menus.
-
No such thing as pause in this game!
-
Yeah loading into crucible match with menu up and...back to ship...go to menu...back to ship....go to menu....back to ship...holy -blam!- whyyyy?!
-
While this is annoying, I think the sprint delay cool down bullshit thing is faaaaaar worse.
-
Haha yeah, trying to pop a synthesis but you die and wasted it xD

Editado por hazmattx: 5/17/2016 5:23:45 AMHow i would have this in pvp; a kill is worth half of what a non paused kill. Now if its in zone control, idk. Kills aint worth shit.
or just wait until you die to change equipment or pop that 3oC
-
There is no 'pause' except orbit

1 RespuestaYou're so lazy you can't press the start button again? People these days..

18 RespuestasI suppose there are good technical reasons for doing this. but it's annoying that they give me 3 opportunities to use my menu when loading into a crucible match, and immediately pull me out of the menu each time. What makes it more frustrating is the time it takes for my inventory to load, as well as the fact that I don't see what map I'm going to play until it's almost too late to change my loadout. Sometimes I'll see we are loading into a certain map, and I'll want to change my subclass, which requires a completely different armor build, in addition to any weapon changes I want to make. And it's really tough to make all those changes when I'm forced out of my menu, reopen it, wait for inventory to load, make a couple changes, get forced out of the menu again, rinse, repeat. And now that I can't swap special weapons during a match without losing all my special ammo (not to mention my initial reserve ammo count is based on my armor setup), I'm forced to make all these decisions within the few seconds I'm allowed to use my menu while loading into the match. It's just a snowball effect of poor design choices, all adding up to a less-than-stellar PvP experience.

Editado por Usedtobeabear: 5/17/2016 2:10:19 AMAre you talking about load screens kicking you out of your menu or people killing you in PvP while you're switching stuff around? Because it sounds like that latter Well, never mind. Scrolled down and saw your first response. But calling it a "pause menu" and referring to a "piece of shit" who is responsible made it seem like you were killed while switching gear. People have made complaint posts for less after all

Not paused

-
1 RespuestaYou're not "paused". You're looking at a menu mid-game.
-
1 RespuestaYour playing a game were pause should not come up. There are emergencies yeah I know. Then leave!!! I fuking hate when people pause. Your the fuking worthless piece of shit.
-
1 RespuestaIt is online and live. There is no pause, or every player on your server would have to stop playing and wait for you to continue. The world won't wait. Need to take a leak? Find a good hiding place for your guardian.

If im not mistaken, they did this to prevent item lost. I think whoever was in year one might know about this. But dont quote me on this.

Editado por michaeljacksen: 5/16/2016 6:35:10 PMI also love when I'm popping a synth or 3oC in the heat of battle just to watch the icons in the subscreen take FOREVER to materialize, so I can click on them.
-
1 RespuestaYou wouldn't be saying that if you had your stuff deleted in year 1

2 Respuestasthere is no pause
