It never existed

How so?

Government's never controlled the internet
Net Neutrality is the principle that Internet service providers should enable access to all content and applications regardless of the source, and without favoring or blocking particular products or websites.
This is how the Internet is currently treated, more or less. It requires government and non government efforts to help keep it neutral. In 2015 the FCC classified broadband access as falling under Title II (common carrier). It is obvious why we would not want companies blocking competitors or information. For you, Ghost, you can think about it this way: what if one of the 6 major media companies "cornered the market" of the Internet and did away with neutrality? Let's says it is a heavily liberal biased corporation and now all you see on the Internet, Ghost, is liberal info, liberal ads, when you type into a Google search no matter what keys you hit the computer types "I love Obama" and "Obamacare is good". You don't want that bud.

Lol that's already the case look at Google type in fascism and it says it's a right wing idiology when it isn't.

Editado por Bloom Unknown : 4/30/2016 9:03:19 PMYou just don't want it to be defined that way, so you create a definition for yourself. But again, I wonder how that really serves you. It's like you think if you convince enough people of your lie that it will legitimize it. Everything you say sounds like propaganda because it is so far from reality and is too vague to really mean anything. The Internet is not totally free, but if you want free you want the real definition of net neutrality.

Editado por Ghost4201990: 4/30/2016 9:04:14 PMName one fascist regime that ever existed that was right wing. Also look at communism and socialism and tell me why it doesn't say left wing

Editado por Bloom Unknown : 4/30/2016 9:53:57 PMEvery fascist regime. The tenets of fascism are simply the combination of logical conclusions of far-right and far-left ideological principles; 1. powerful and continuing nationalism 2. disdain or disregard for human rights and the value of human life 3. scapegoating enemies as a unifying cause 4. Supremacy of Military 5. Rigid patriarchy 6. Controlled media 7. Obsession with national security 8. Religion and Government are intertwined 9. Corporate power protected 10. Labor power suppressed 11. Disdain for intellectualism and arts 12. Obsession with crime and punishment 13. Rampant cronyism and corruption 14. Fraudulent/rigged elections Keep in mind that the political spectrum isn't flat it is spherical. Fascism is so far to the right it enters into far left territory. The extreme logical conclusions of the left and right are similar in practice even if they are driven by differing ideologies and underlying principles.

So stahlin, mussolini (excuse spelling), and Hitler were right wing? You have officially lost this debate from pure ignorance. Right wing idiology does t redistribute wealth period and you didn't answer my second question
-
Editado por Bloom Unknown : 4/30/2016 10:22:15 PMStalin was a communist. Communists were opposed to fascists, which is another reason communism is associated with the left and fascism with the right. "The right" is defined differently depending on era and region.
The meaning of right-wing "varies across societies, historical epochs, and political systems and ideologies.
I know it is Wikipedia, but for basic info like this it is quick and condensed: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right-wing_politics Scroll down to the "positions" section.
-
Editado por Bloom Unknown : 4/30/2016 9:52:04 PMNo, what I'm saying aligns with consensus.
Fascism was founded during World War I by Italian national syndicalists who drew upon left-wing and right-wing political views. Some scholars consider fascism to be right-wing because of its social conservatism and authoritarian means of opposing egalitarianism.
Is that too hard to understand? It's not to say that fascism is inherent to right wing ideology, it twists both left and right wing ideologies and radicalized them for authoritarian purposes.
-
Then why does Google say right wing? If you had said that you'd be right but you said it was just right wing just like Google says. Hence is why I asked why communism and socialism doesn't say left wing when we both know they are. Fascism can be any idiology (to an extent) just like modern feminists or sjws are fascist. Just like bernie Sanders by definition is a fascist for mediocrity
-
I'm not sure. But there are other search engines you can use that will run just as well as Google thanks to net neutrality. Without net neutrality, Google could pay to make it so that it was the only usable search engine. Then it would start charging you to read it's short biased definitions lol.
-
We don't have net neutrality. Google that always puts left wing sources at the top, which is the reason I mentioned fascism wants net neutrality because in turn it would benifit them. Small businesses don't want net neutrality because theyed be at a disadvantage from the rising costs of Internet making up the difference. Just like in the video if a company wanted to give more bandwidth to a highly populated area they couldn't because of net neutrality
