Is SmoggyPluto's origin the same as one shot Ted and if so what was it supposed to be?

SmoggyPluto was an Xbox player that played a Crucible game, scored last place, and got a Gjallarhorn. The person that got first place on SmoggyPluto's team got pissed and took a picture and posted it on the forums. Then he became a legend. Now, during this Iron Banner, some 335 light guy made a rant that he was pissed off and he kept getting one shotted by a guy that was 295 light. But his auto correct ducked him over and changed "One Shotted" to "One Shot Ted". So technically, One Shot Ted isn't even a real person.
