A rifle is not the same as a musket

As much as I'd like to punch basketball-sized holes into burglars, I think a handgun is more practical. Not to mention that it is also within my rights.

Muskets: inaccurate, not effective against a armored intruder, slow firing (VERY, VERY SLOW) and you have this menacing plume of smoke.. You don't know if you hit him until the smoke clears xD
