I've been grinding CoE for this weapon since the drop. No luck yet. Stat-wise, it's a behemoth. I've been trying to imagine the Doctrine/Arminius-D with nearly *twice* the base range, damn. Hoping I score one before the snowflakes-who-cried-nerf turn it into the Stolesealer's Flaw.
