April Update

I'm hyped for the update. I even made a fan made video about the update. Aside from the nerfs which I don't agree with, there is also one more thing I'm deeply concerned about and that is the RNG system. Now the April update promises to give light up to 335. Guardians like myself who enjoy the thrill of getting max light (call it OCD) are looking forward to the update. But I have to wonder, is it even worth playing? I was stuck on 319 for 3 months and I did the raid HM 114+ times, and never missed an IB. I'm not much of a PVE fan but I went flawless twice, once a year ago and the later this year. Both times it was my first try. With all the nerfs I dread the Crucible like a plague. But I show up for IB and a little trials. But my point is, how are we sure we won't be stuck on 334 light? Has the RNG been fixed or is it still biased. It feels like it rewards year 2 gamers more than year 1. At least that's how I feel about it. It should be fair and reward all players equally.
