So I've been saving every Exotic Engram since the last Iron Banner, spending all my SC on 3oC, hoping that all of these turn into higher light level than 310 after the update so I can infuse them into my current items. I know everyone says the item is determined when it drops / not when you decrypt it, but I'm still crossing my fingers anyway. Chances are all I am going to be decrypting on Tuesday is salty tears full of heartbreak BUT....screw it....doesn't hurt to try. *EDIT 1* At least after Tuesday, infusions will be 1 - 1, so If I end up with a bunch of 310 gear I can infuse them into Legendary weapons / armor I like. :^) *EDIT 2* I will definitely post my results! *EDIT 2* IT WORKS!!!!!!!!
