Vendor Weapon Perks are Rerolling
With the arrival of the April Update tomorrow, all of the vendor weapons will have different perks. The names and stats will be the same, it's only the perks that are changing. Vendor armor rolls should not change.

Do the faction vendors gear have chroma slots or no? When I preview the faction vendors inventory the armour didn't have the option to add chroma. Is the gear coming from the vendor packages have chroma or what? Otherwise yall ducked up. I'm getting pretty Sick of this game.

I have been surprised by the rolls on some of the faction packages and things like that for my 291 Titan and my 311 Warlock. Got a 311 spektar heliopause helmet from dead orbit. And I opened a legendary engram and got a tao hua yaun that was at 317. Really surprised. Never happened to me before
