Depends. What part of PVE. Overall, Sunsinger is probally the best. However, I usually use Stormcaller for all PVE out side of the raid. It is more fun, and can clear alot of adds. However in the raid, and especially the hard raid, being able to bring yourself back to life is pricless. Even on normal difficulty it is nice to be able to immediately come back to life.
Overall : Sunsinger
Fun/strikes : Stormcaller
Raid/Nightfall : Sunsinger
If you want to have a bad time : Voidwalker

IT really depends on ur opinion, like for me I really like stormcaller. I kind of hate sunsinger but I might try it and see which is my fav but its just opinion
