That hasn't been my experience at all. I can't think of a single gun that's more accurate (unless you're firing at long range, but you just shouldn't do that with a hand cannon in general). You can aim at somebody's knees and still get a precision shot with that thing. Somebody actually posted a video in this thread that shows somebody doing that. He even goes back and shows it in slow motion.
