Nothing wrong with wanting to do the raid with light level roughly the same. I also know there is very small difference in DPS between a 310 and a 318.... I firmly believe that if someone is 318 they more than likely will have more experience than say a 310.... Speaking from experience...I have had to leave a fireteam a week ago...because the guy that was 315 got on plate 4. Everyone was like dude...wtf...why you get on plate 4? His response...."I thought it was plate 1" WE all said plate one is where the runner goes..it's where oryx slam's his fist....he was like ok. So on our next run he died on his plate because he didnt get off when the relic runner said he had it. I pulled out my ghost and left.
