There are no Divisticles
The term "Desticle" was coined for people who defended Destiny's irrefutable flaws, and the developers. Seeing as The Division has been out for just over a day, it is nearly impossible for someone to be called a Divisticle. The game hasn't been out long enough, and hasn't had any mistakes that people can defend.
Second note, "desticle" was a play on word. Divisticles does not have the same ring, we need a different term for them.

You sir! are a desticle. But it's ok, so am I. A desticle is a word for people who started a Bungie account because of destiny. Notice how on my profile it says 'year 1'. Halo Reach, 4, and I believe even Halo 3 all have nicknames of their own as well, though I can't remember them. So their are, in fact, a crapton of 'Desticles' in the Bungie forums. But seeing how Bungie won't be making a companion app for The Division, I doubt there will be any Dividiots, or whatever, period.
