If you're going to use y1 guns in Crucible....

Edit: Looks like there's some stubborn mother-blam!-ers here. Not here to start fights, I just thought I'd give you a dose of common sense, cuz, ya know, there's classic weapons, and there's literally a playlist called "CLASSIC 6V6". I bet you guys take airsoft guns to nerf wars and say it's completely fair.
Edit2: This is mostly directed at Thorn users in case you didn't know. Cause really I don't care if you use VoC, or Fatebringer, they're balanced.

Actually classic was put in place for those without TTK. That was its main purpose.

Nah I think it's fun owning people in Year 2 crucible than in classic. Besides some people haven't been there on what we've been thru. They got the easy way out, we did thru grinding and hard work. XD

I am the point where any gun is whatever man. You use what you want. BUT... To those using Ice Breaker, Invective, or do the side arm special exploit in 3v3 game modes. Get bent. bungie changed it for reasons. One of which is "Hey, if these guys spawn with special they can get the job done quickly, too quickly." And if they're best of the sweat snipers then good luck getting close at the start of you, skirmish, salvage, doubles, and ToO.

I worked hard in year one for those weapons, I believe I've got the right to use them when and where I please. This is a game, I'm allowed to play it however I want, even if it pisses off people like you.

thorn is so garbage compared to what it could do before. it was able to counter the mida across the map lol.

1 RespuestaNah And making demanding posts like this only fuels people to use the weapons you hate out of spite. I'm surprised you haven't realized that yet. It's the same reason people teabag other players. It's a mental tactic to piss off your opponent and push them into making stupid moves out of revenge to try to kill you. If thorn makes you rage and you keep running through the bottleneck and getting killed, mission accomplished. The maps and sizes of groups limit how effective bottlenecks are, but you get my point. There are a variety of effective guns to win, but the most effective is the one that has the bonus of clouding your opponents judgement.

3 RespuestasI always use Thorn. It's one of my favorite weapons. Not to mention it's a primary that does DOT, which is amazing. But the reason I use thorn is because i just enjoy using it. It's really strong, it's fun to use, it reminds of my early Destiny days because it was my first exotic. & I need to keep a good thorn shot for competitive play. Because if you just try switching to Thorn thinking you'll wreck w. It you have another thing coming. That shit has nasty kick w. Send It, & you really need to control that recoil if you want fast kills. It's funny to me because a LOT of ppl rage quit when they see I'm using Thorn, or they decide to take it out too. That's my favorite reaction. When other players use it too. I don't mind playing against it whatsoever. But when players who never use it try to take it out I just shit all over them basically every single gunfight Cus they have no idea how to control it lol. They try to pace their shots so they're already dead before they get 2 shots off. Most times, they'd have been better off just using their regular weapons. But it happens probably every other game, and I find it hilarious.

I do like using WoC, praedyths revenge and gjally in pvp it's good fun.

I say let people use what they want :/ Of course I get pissed at people using thorn or icebreaker in crucible, but at the end of the day, it's not that big of a deal. I've killed many thorns in year 2 without a problem. I guess I have more patience then some people.
