What are the ways to get this other than the weekly crucible bounty?

It just drops from regular crucible. That's where I got my first 5.. The most recent ones have come from shaxx bounties. [spoiler]I've had so many of these hand cannons dropped for me[/spoiler]

All I get are coins and shells. Ugh...

I'm fairly certain I didn't win this from a bounty. In the Crucible or IB, one of those definitely.
