I don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but there is definitely a difference when playing with a group from Chicago, and playing with a group from certain countries. I can't fault them, it isn't their fault. But yes the percentage would seem as if there are more people lagging from certain countries than there are people lagging from uk or us. Notice I did not say it was ONLY Mexican connection. But the bigger percentage of laggy players I have played with are from countries that are not the us or in the uk.

Their internet cannot hold up the necessary speeds over long differences, this is why people dislike foreign players no matter what western county they are in. The way matchmaking works their distance and connection harm the other players experience in the game.
