There are many supers that can survive rockets. Nightstalker, FOH, Nova Bomb, maybe hammer, heck even if a guy walks into a bubble and shoots the guy with a rocket the Titan will survive but he will not.

Every other super with damage reduction survives a direct hit from a normal rocket... It's a -blam!-ing super and it's one of the most underwhelming supers
