Dude, I am not grateful for a handout that we got because Bungie didn't get their drop rates correct for the 5th tie in a row and refused to fix while the event was still going. It is a -blam!-ing carrot when you ordered a hamburger.

I don't play for max level. I play for collection, cosmetics and builds, Basically this was a handout because their system didn't work and they couldn't be arsed to fix it. Period.

I played 30 hours before they announced and acknowledged the drop rates were broken. They also said they were working on a fix that would be implemented soon. So it turns out not one of your arguments actually has any merit or value.
