Wouldn't work
-
Warframe does it flawlessly.
-
No It doesn't
-
Yes it really does. There's a text box specifically for recruiting. Not only that it matchmakes you for all missions except void and orokin derelict.
-
Yeah. It would.

They can jump straight away into the activity they wish to do instead of spending a long time staring at their computer screen. Succeed or fail, at least they get to play and gain experience. Furthermore, perhaps implement filters and a checkpoint system for optional matchmaking. The latter could allow players to draw from a bigger pool of potential teammates. Not everyone is aware of the existence of b.net and lfg sites. And those who do are split among them.
-
Optional Matchmaking for everything up to but excluding the current Raid and ToO. For those they need to do in-game LFG. At least that's my view on it.
-
Yes to LFG I don't think matchmaking would solve anything.
-
That's why it would be optional. If it doesn't work for you, don't use it. Let players decide how to be matched up.
-
It would bring more bitching to the forums. I don't think we need more of that. I can see the posts, "Bungie what the fu.ck keep getting matchmaker with idiots", "Bungie why matchmaking puts me on teams with no mics", "Fu.ck you and your Raid Bungie", " The raid is to hard to do" and the classic " This game is garbage, why make content impossible to beat". No thanks, as I said in game LFG would be perfect.

Editado por AlamoCity: 2/16/2016 1:01:33 AMIn can live with an an in-game LFG system at minimum. Regarding the forums, they are already plagued with complaints about matchmaking now so I wouldn't expect much difference if optional matchmaking was available. The best thing to do would be to ignore these forums just like Bungie does now.

Good one.
-
lol you're killing me.
-
Didn't mean to.
-
They won't...... Look at all the people playing who have yet to complete a raid because they don't have a team. Gotta keep those time played stats up for stock holders.
-
So true.
Optional matchmaking AND in-game LFG.
Should have had it since launch.
-
Yep. It's interesting that the lack of optional matchmaking was the issue that motivated my first post, way back in week four. Same with Sols. And here we are...still no OMM or in-game LFG. sigh
-
Having a game that can only be played online but have limited matchmaking and no in game lfg seems contradictory. I still believe that it's their "philosophy" not because they want to force social interaction but simply because it saves them time and money by letting 3rd party sites handle it for them. It's a sweet deal for them, so why change it?
-
Exactly. They won't change it. But, if they don't include OMM and/or in-game LFG, a lot of people won't buy it.

I wish everything(everything) was solo-able too.
