The division isn't 1080p on the Xbox one
Most probably knew it would be like this though to be fair.

GameSpot did a test with 3-4 of their game reviewers to see if they could tell the difference between PC/Xbox/PS4. In the first test the three different machines were all controlled by a PS4 controller and they had to guess. They averaged 50%. The fun part was the second experiment where all 3 were PS4. The reviewers said they could tell the PC because of the frame rate, or the Xbox because blah, blah. Professional reviews can't tell the difference unless they know in advance. OMG my console is better because when doing X activity it has more pixels. My guess is in the middle of a firefight when your focus is on enemy models, explosions, and finding cover you won't notice any difference.
