Only thing I could think is due to the lag, all 3 were red bar and teleporting that the warlock that did self res lagged behind you and ressed the titan.
It was some Bull shit regardless.

No the res warlock was on my team, they were all a team of 3 Titans

Gotcha, I just saw the red named self res, but I see now that the titan was right there as well. Definitely suspicious.
