Disaster. First of all, fireteams will dominate 95% of the time. Secondly, whoever scores first will win 95% of the time. Third, you should not kill the opponent when scoring on their Rift. This only makes it worse for them to come back and get into position for the next round. Finally, it's a complete disaster. You need a constant fireteam of three or more to continuously get wins to rank up. I'm done with it. I may be back Sunday or Monday to see if I can power through it in a few hours.
