Here is why most "elitist" lfg for a fireteam 315+, they don't want to have to explain the mechanics of every f-ing raid boss, they don't want to wait 20 minutes while someone crawls through the jump puzzles, and then there is the endless wipes, and finally when someone 315+ gets tired of waiting they back out cause the noob has no idea what they need to do. Now you need to find another guardian when honestly the noob should have been kicked an hour ago, its not that no one wants to carry, but if you don't have 6 hours to complete the raid than they are not looking for low light guardians for the raid. So now its the "elitist" fault for not carrying you through the raid? I am 319+ on all 3 characters, I have completed hard kf 12 times on each guardian, and its everyone else's fault you haven't!?
