Necrochasm, is it still obtainable?
I had the eidolon ally but I never got the crux. My question is can I get it from a yr1 primary legacy engram? I've seen a friend pull a dregs promise out of one and I've heard others say they received a thorn this way, so that all leads me to believe I can but...can anyone give me some form of confirmation? I really don't want to waste my coins.
Edit: thank you kind people for answering. Time to go get a crux I guess.

They only drop on hard mode. You cannot get the raid exclusive exotic weapons from legacy engrams unless something has changed recently

It has very low drop rate with RNG so it may take awhile but I can confirm the crux is still dropping Edit - Forgot to mention that no it's not from the engrams either. Can only get crux from running Crota raid. It's the same with vault of glass and the vex mythoclast

4 RespuestasY1 exotics that came from Bounties or RNG are obtainable through Legacy engrams. Y1 exotics that came from specific missions (i.e. the Vex and the Necro) are still only available from their respective raids. As far as HM CE still dropping a Crux, I'm not sure.

Ok all bounty weapons including thorn, and lord of wolved were made Engram weapons, the crux will not it still and always will drop from hm crota

Yes just do the fist of crota over and over and over.

3 RespuestasI gave up and deleted my two crux..needed vault space and they don't stack. You should still be able to get the crux from crota but can't see how you will get the gun if you don't still have it as you can't find the knights in the wild now.
