I haven't done normal or hard mode and id like to get some raid gear but I struggle to find a team to do hard mode. Just wondered if 313 light is high enough to go all the way through hard mode.

5 RespuestasThe two things holding you back are lack of experience and your heavy weapon. Unless you have something other than a sword. There are bosses that require you to be doing damage for a set amount of time, so swapping to a LMG after using all sniper ammo is a good way to do that. A sword is wasted in those parts. Other than that, just get experience from normal first. It is a lot more forgiving when you can be revived during the fight. And in hard mode you will be expected to know the mechanics, so learn them first.

1 RespuestaTitans are born hard mode ready.!.!.!
-
1 RespuestaLearn normal mode first. Experience will trump anything in my opinion. It might take you a month longer to do hard mode but it'll be far more viable and you'll earn your stripes. Most players regardless of how nice they are will not want to help someone who hasn't even done normal. Learn/experience it first hand then move to hard mode. You'll be doing yourself and you LFG FT a disservice if you didn't.

2 RespuestasIt's plenty high enough, but you're going to piss people off by dying in hard mode since you don't know the mechanics of normal.
-
5 RespuestasYeah. You can easily do it. You titan is ugly as shit though....lol

Did hard mode with my friend this week. The whole thing through in one sitting. He started at like 303 light, we beat oryx while he was 309 light and we finished it making him 311. Didn't even do no knight strategy. People can 5 man or carry total boobs through the raid honestly if they are good enough so 313 should be plenty high enough.

1 Respuesta313 is high enough but in all honesty you should run the normal mode a few times. The raid in general isn't hard but many teams I'm on fall apart at daughter or oryx. I've running into more teams that struggle at totems now too. They want to do the cheese saying it's easier when really it's easier and faster to do it normally. Bottom line is it's better to understand the mechanics before hard mode as it'll make it easier and increase your chances of completing it. While you could watch a video; it doesn't translate as well as you experiencing it. Good luck.
-
Of course it is. The recommended light for the pre-Oryx fight is around 305. The recommended light for Oryx is 310. You'll be fine if you know what to do and can carry your own weight.
-
Do normal first to learn mechanics. Then you'll be good for hard. I was 307 for my first hard mode completion.
-
3 RespuestasI would run normal mode a couple of times first to familiarise yourself with the raid and its mechanics. Having experience is way more valuable than light level.

1 RespuestaGet a sniper and I rate 8/10 Would change the legs :)

2 RespuestasThere's no easy way to say this, your titan is ugly as -blam!-
-
1 RespuestaWhy haven't you done the raid yet ?
-
Yeah you could but you need to watch a video of how to complete the raid or do it on normal first.
-
Yes he is
-
313 is fine-with the drops ud get on way to oryx,by time u get to him u will prob be 315
-
Play through normal to learn the mechanics, then play hard
-
If you haven't done normal good luck finding a team to carry you thru hard.
-
Did it as a 303 the last oryx fight might be hard to DPS but you'll still get good drops up to him
-
I would take you if you had done normal, but not just because your light is high.

I fell like you could have started at 305, 313 is perfectly fine .
